Each case or situation is different. Much of the fees and costs depend on the complexity of your particular situation and how much you are willing to do yourself to keep fees and costs down.

My hourly rate is $285.00, which although a lot of money, is below average for my level of experience. That having been said, I offer packages for forming a one person limited liability company of $850.00, plus the fees charged by the Secretary of State of California. Formation of a two or more person limited liability company will cost more because an operating agreement should be drafted to spell out the rights and responsibilities of each person who will be a member (owner) of the limited liability company.

I do not handle collection cases on a contingency basis.
